Terms and conditions

- You have to be 18 years old or having your parents permission to make an order. 

- Delivery time is normally up to 10 working days. Want anything as soon as possible? Just let us know at info@sofipjewellery.com

- For custom made orders, delivery time can vary up to six weeks. Contact for more info. 

- Want to return or change a product? Our policy is within 14 days starting when your receive your package. Please contact us before you send it back. Shipping cost of sending it back is paid by yourself if nothing else is agreed. The jewelry has to be in unused condition.

- We can not offer a refund or change of custom made product, since it is made only for you. 

- Was it the wrong ring size? No worries, I fix it for you. Please get in contact as soon as possible.
